Sickness

 Hmm.. i left this one blank. i think i know why. 

The church's theology of sickness is all over the place. 

Why did this kid die of cancer? 

why did this person survive? 

why did "god hear" our prayers for X person, but also seemed to ignore others? 

It ends up being that GOD is always right, and whatever happens, there is nothing wrong. 

Teen gets in car wreck on the way from Bible study. 

- if they die, they probably had some sin. OR God just wanted them to come home

- if they live, they get another chance to repent, OR god has a wonderful plan for their life 

We never know. 

We never knew. 

This is one of the itching questions that really started my process of leaving christianity
